Flagd supports an encrypted connection to the flagd-kube-proxy: open-feature/flagd#477 thanks to @Kavindu-Dodan .

However, we don't have a means of configuring this end-to-end in OFO. We might be able to leverage cert manager for this, or need some additional options to provide the associated key to the flagd-kube-proxy.
