0.7.0 Documentation review

Review changes made in bonsai-onix1 0.7.0 and make sure they are documented here. Here is an updatable list, feel free to edit.

• Load test device (API reference update) and and ReadSize tutorial page which uses the load tester
• Headstage-64 configuration GUIs
• Headstage-64 estim and ostim stimulus reports.
• Neuropixels configuration GUIs
• Port GPIO (really headstage GPI).

Since I'm not familiar with the details, can you edit your list to add the new hs64 functionality that needs to be documented? I'm not sure if there's more than the two following items:

• hs64 stimulus trigger timestamp report node(s)
• new features require new device version, but I think 0.7.0 will still be backwards-compatible with older device version. (document this where?)

Besides that, I added the lighthouse calibration tutorial to the 0.7.0 milestone. chuckles hasn't been able to get to it though due to a malfunctioning headstage. The new TS4231V1SpatialTransform operator also requires API reference update.

I also added to the main library issue a checklist of everything that we need to work on: open-ephys/bonsai-onix1#508 (comment)

To make the process easier to track and to review, I am going to create a branch for all of these updates, which we can point the individual branches to for review.

Specifically, branch issue-272 is currently just a reflection of the main branch, but then there will be individual feature branches such as issue-275 which are targeting issue-272. This way we can review the changes one by one, and have a single branch that is already reviewed and ready for publishing whenever we release the v0.7.0 package.
