[Feature]: Add asset (folder) protection to exclude from SE indexing #87

Currently there is no intuitive way to hide assets from search engines. Currently, it is needed to alter paths in robots.txt or .htaccess files. It would be a nice feature to be able to set asset folders as "protected", which makes sure that assets inside this folder are not indexed or rendered in any way.
It could be something like it's already implemented in the Members Bundle https://docs.opendxp.io/docs/bundles/members/docs/Restrictions#asset-restriction
