duplicate face api for convex sets #34

ConvexSet and Face thereon is defined in Polyhedral.Mathlib.LinearAlgebra.ConvexSpace. there should be an API for faces parallel to the one for PointedCone (in Polyhedral.Mathlib.Geometry.Convex.Cone.Pointed.Face.Basic)
