Summary

provide default filter combos for effects

The Problem

Kareoke, nightcore and similar effects are harder to make by yourself and require many elements of filters at once.

The Ideal Solution

Providing default filters which use Filter but provide descriptive arguments to pass.

The Current Solution

Implementing the filters yourself.
