VistaOpenFileDialog specify extensions

Nice adequate stand-in while we await some sort of native WPF support for these dailogs.

On VistaOpenFileDialog in particular, how do we specify extensions? For example, I have a use case, do not want to select just any file. In fact, I have to select only executable files, exe, bat, lnk, pif, cmd, are the ones I can support, I think.

Figure it out, sort of, but only becaus I am familiar with the legacy dialogs. Bit of documentation around that would be fantastic, even if it is calling out links to the Microsoft learn docs on the various parameters, filter, what not.
