Android App 3.6.0 Release is now available

This build includes:

• android implementation of sending the heartbeat to the server every 5 minutes - implement heartbeat feature like on ios #88
• the not-quite-the-same-as-iOS receiving and displaying messages from the server - this could change before release.
• the main menu now updates displayed survey buttons in ~real time - Main menu activity does not update when push notifications for new surveys are received when on the main menu #95
• hitting the submit button on a survey does not create multiple copies of the main menu activity - still testing but should fix reports of duplicated audio recordings from audio surveys. #91
• corrects use of the no-cellular-upload flag for providing the fcm token so that push notifications work - Devices sometimes never supply FCM token or hit download updated surveys endpoint #93
• RC1: corrects bug where call logs data stream would fail when there were no clinician phone numbers required on the study (name your functions well!) - Having trouble getting call logs #89
• RC2: extends fix from RC1 to numerous other possible calls into the same code, critically now including audo surveys. (this was a dumb oversight on my part, apologies.) -- I'm still not sure if this is the same issue as the one reported 🫠.
• RC2: also removes a specifc mechanism of displaying survey notifications that .... I don't know, it shouldn't have any observable change..., please report any bugs....

UPDATE: interestingly when I take the [audio survey] through the notification (as opposed to the in-app survey queue) it does not seem to replicate. I'll retest this and provide an update when I can...

will have to work out if that is a random Thing or if it is always the case. fwiw I was only replicating by tapping the survey's button in the app.

OK I think I found the bug! will post a new RC build later today, I'm keeping some print statements in case I screwed something up for this RC, the actual uploaded release will not have those debugging statements.

Fixes a bug where a survey notification would be instantly reinstantiated after the survey
was completed if the survey had no weekly scheduled times and was triggered via the internal
app timers. This could occur on relative and absolute schedule surveys because when the
"buffer" of "this week's surveys" encounters an absolute or relative scheduled survey with
nothing in the next week... it sends an appropriately empty schedule listing for that survey.
In this situation the app does not update the tracked "trigger alarm time" timestamp when a
survey is completed, so a survey trigger "in the past" was always found when the app checked.

I have now confirmed that the fix resolves the issue on the test device originally exhibiting that bug.
