Determine data formatting for a new hardware info data stream

Y'know, if we just implement this as a json file, we can dump whatever we need into a new one (like the wifi scan code)....

Could also stick it in generic user device info (which is json), but it requires hardware.

This is a developer-level data stream, not a data science data stream.
