web draw can't use in touch.

Web draw module is very similar to the OCA module web/tree/8.0/web_widget_digitized_signature.
That OCA module is also affected by this problem and this PR aims to make the module compatible with mobile devices. Maybe you would be interest to review that PR.

About this module, I don't know if and when we will work on it.
