A method needs to be determined to host images then save the image url within the database table for items such as profile imaging, article hero images and maybe even embedded images for the article?

Acceptance Criteria

• Determine image hosting service.
• Ability to save image url to appropriate table column.
• Ability to hoist image url to front end.
