[Feature Request] Suspend support / pause #146

Description

@jrz

The suspend command doesn't work properly.
While it does seem to suspend the VM, the launcher doesn't recognize that the VM is suspended, so you have to "quit" it manually.
It should be similar to UTM etc, such that there's an overlay or another indicator that the VM is suspended.

Secondly, it's impossible to unsuspend/resume at this point.

Third, closing the VM currently powers off immediately (terminate) upon confirmation. Ideally, it would ask what you want to do (shutdown, suspend/pause, or terminate). Currently it terminates. Shutdown should send a shutdown command to Omarchy so it can cleanly start a shutdown.

Currently, starting again after a suspend + shutdown, nothing is resumed. There is a popup stating "Screen did not lock before suspend". Not sure if that's a security warning. It seems to do a full boot.

Lastly, there's a menu option: "Pause" (and Resume). This only pauses current virtualization. It does not actually store a state/memory snapshot. While it might be handy at times, it's very confusing.
