Subject: [PATCH] Hide Suspend for new guests and ship the CJK fonts

Guest patch 0042: new users get Omarchy's suspend-off toggle so the system menu stops offering a sleep the VM cannot do, and noto-fonts-cjk joins the package list to match upstream Omarchy. The lock refresh also moved sdl2-compat and sdl3.
