Keyboard shortcuts/keybindings not working after fresh Omakub installation on Ubuntu 25.10

After a fresh installation of Omakub on Ubuntu 25.10, the configured keyboard shortcuts/keybindings do not work. The installation completes successfully, but pressing the Omakub shortcuts does not trigger their expected actions.

Tested on Ubuntu 25.10 + GNOME 49.0 + Wayland. Omakub installs correctly, but several Omakub keyboard shortcuts do not work initially, even though the expected gsettings values are present.

Running bash ~/.local/share/omakub/install/desktop/set-gnome-hotkeys.sh manually and then logging out/in caused some of the shortcuts to start working. This may indicate that the hotkey configuration is not being fully applied or loaded during the initial installation, potentially related to GNOME 49 / Ubuntu 25.10.
