How are you handling Cursor rules in Agent Mode?

Specifically:

• Are you using .cursor/rules/*.mdc files or still on a single .cursorrules?
• How do you scope rules per language or per directory?
• What breaks most often when rules don't load?

Sharing what works for me: per-language .mdc files with Auto Attached globs. They only load when relevant files are in context — keeps token usage low and rules precise.
