Support Okta Fastpass

Okta now has a feature called FastPass that can show up as a button on the rendered page for the user to click.

But results in

It would be nice if this workflow was supported.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It still works fine with username/password and push/code authentication.

@andrew-lethbridge-vgh it's been quite a while since I looked at this tool. I'd seriously consider using aws-vault with Okta and AWS IAM Identity Center instead now. That's what we do where I am now.
