search bar that would allow to search both animals, breeds, visits and owners- with annotation for each result about it's type.

According to the s.o. post above the prefered solution is to query models separately and then chain them- it would be nice for us, because we have only couple of models and we could present the results better then- e.g.
For search German:

  • "German Shepard in Breeds"
  • "Rex - German Shepard in Animals"
  • "Alex - German Shepard in Animals"
  • "Anna German in Owners"

It would require a well designed function, but I think it would give the best results.
