Hey James — Nick from Tekton Growth. We forked this a week ago and built our internal wiki on top of it (tekton-wiki). The repo as a starter SOP wiki is great — wouldn't change the charter.
But it got me thinking about the adjacent stuff agency owners would want next to it. Things like:
- Claude Code skills — the actual working skills we run day-to-day (SEO crawls, GBP audits, page writers, content gap analysis, clone-gate, etc.)
- Command centers — bigger systems: CSM dashboard, lead-gen pipeline, ops dashboard
- Tools — small frontend apps we've shipped (AI audit lead magnet, PDF report generator, QR codes, etc.)
Rather than bloat this repo, what if these became sibling repos in a small 7fa-* family? Each one focused, each one forkable on its own.
What's your take? Worth doing, and how do you want to be involved?
