Save tool settings

Might tie into #3, but the tool is being opened and closed a lot, there's a fine line between when info should be saved and when not, but perhaps it could save the info and just have a "reset" button.

IMO, I think this will be important if it remains an Editing Tool. I can see it becoming frustrating if one loses Transmutation progress by instinctively hitting 1 for the native Edit Tool or something.

Reset button sounds great.

Would be awesome for the x,y translation of the glyph to be saved, too.
