Delete Button Not Properly Aligned with Dropdown Element

Describe the bug
The delete button is not properly aligned with the dropdown selection box in the user interface

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Admin Dashboard'
2. Go to "Valuesets"
3. Click on "Create New"
4. The delete button is not vertically or horizontally aligned with the dropdown.

Expected behavior
The delete button should be properly aligned with the dropdown selection box
