Dear @glatard @samirdas @jbpoline thank you very much for submitting your project, it is really exciting to have you all in this years OHBM Brainhack. I will raise a couple of things for you to make the project easier to be reviewed if you do not mind. First having 2 good issues would be really helpful if you could add them please. We would also happy to have a snippet from you to list your project in the OHBM Brainhack webpage https://ohbm.github.io/hackathon2020/, please. We will also ask for you to indicate the time zone and hub for your project given it will be associated with the regarding managerial and participant groups. Also in order to make the search easier, atm we change the Mattermost channel names of the existing/submitted projects with a hbmhack- prefix just for during the Brainhack days, then you can change it back to the original version for sure. So if you do not mind making such changes that would be helpful for many we believe. Once that information completed we will run the review and add your project to the website! We look forward to hearing from you! |
hi @ohbm/project-monitors: My project is ready! |
Dear @glatard, would you mind checking the link of your Mattermost channel please? It might be either broken or private channel which does not allow non-members to join at the moment. If it is a private channel, then we will need admin rights to convert it to the public channel so please do let us immediately so we can help you with. Once you are done with that, would you also mind creating and sharing the link of your video link in your Mattermost channel please. Once all those are completed, give us a shout then we will complete the revision and you will be ready to go. Thank you 🤗 |
Hi @complexbrains, thanks for catching this! The channel was public but the link was wrong: we had renamed the channel from |
Dear @glatard Thank you very much for letting us know. Your project looks ready to go! Please also do not forget to share the link to your video chat room in your Mattermost channel. Welcome aboard! 🤗 🎊 |
Oh, you already have done that! Thank you all set now! 🤗 |
Hi @cmaumet, I registered on June 13th, is there anything wrong with my registration? |
I think the first form is missing: https://framaforms.org/registration-for-ohbm-brainhack-step-12-1589173979. |

Sharing datasets and tools in the Canadian Open Neuroscience Platform
Title:
Sharing datasets and pipelines in the Canadian Open Neuroscience Platform
Project leads:
Tristan Glatard: @glatard
Samir Das: @samirdas
Jean-Baptiste Poline: @jbpoline
Timezone:
UTC-4
Hub: The Americas
Description:
The Canadian Open Neuroscience Platform (CONP) is a web portal and DataLad repository to share open and restricted-access datasets and tools in the neuroimaging community. Datasets are uniformly described using the Data Tags Suite (DATS), available for download through DataLad , regularly monitored using CircleCI, and searchable through the CONP web portal. The data itself remains under the control of its owners, as it can be stored in various backends including LORIS, Zenodo, the Open Science Framework, or any other backend supported by DataLad (http, ftp, etc). Tools are shared on Zenodo through the Boutiques framework.
The goal of this project is to port additional tools and pipelines to the CONP. Please join us if you would like to share your dataset, your pipeline, or just learn about the technologies!
