Please describe the new behavior that that will improve Egeria

This connector is an integration connector that continually monitors the changes to open metadata and populates PostgreSQL tables that maintin statistics and summary information on the state of the open metadata ecosystem. It is designed to supply data for metadata observability dashboards and reporting.

This connector is responsible for defining its tables in PostgreSQL on start up (if needed). Its confguration is defined in the ObservabilityContentPack
