@rgrinberg, @Alizter is the main branch containing everything you need to do the blake3 change or do I need to wait for a specific PR before doing the release?

All the features we need for blake3 are in main. You can see the PR that switches to blake3 here: #11735. Only the version bump is needed, which presumably has been done before the next release.
