Download all files associated with a data access entity as a ZIP file.

This feature was requested by CanPath because they need to download the access form associated files and validate or review them. Currently, this has to be done one at a time by clicking each individual file.

The improvement will permit users (admins/DAOs) to click one button and download a ZIP with all the access form's associated files.
