Dear CORE team, thank you so much for creating and maintaining this resource! It is immensely useful in study and research, I have dozens if not hundreds of papers from CORE.
I am not sure whether it is related to exactly this repository, but since a few days ago some papers that appear on the site give 404's, for example this one. Please note the unusual string "aaa" appended to the beginning of the filename after the redirection. (The URL without "aaa" shows the same 404 page.)
What bothers me most is the apparent randomness of the error: after a few tries earlier today I managed to download the above paper, five minutes ago it showed a 404 again, and now it is accessible, but in incognito mode only. After removing cookies, this specific paper becomes available in both modes, but e.g. this does not.
