Can't select a Case from the dropdown menu

Describe the bug
While viewing a Book, I tried to select the associated Case by dropping down the Relevancy Cases menu. This shows a list of Cases as normal, but when I click on the one I want nothing happens. Selecting the Relevancy Cases menu again shows a 'Content missing' error.

I believe I've also seen this behaviour when editing Endpoints.
