Publish latest change to Docker?

Hey, PR #219 fixed an important issue where the Plex URL is invalid, and the fix has been merged. The Docker container is not updated though, and I was wondering if that's possible?

I've created a pull request to fix issues with the Docker build process: #224

The main problems were:

1. The base image openjdk:11-jre-slim is deprecated and no longer available
2. The entrypoint script wasn't being executed correctly

My fix:

• Updated to eclipse-temurin:21-alpine (modern replacement for openjdk)
• Added bash to Alpine for proper script execution
• Fixed entrypoint script permissions and line endings
• Used explicit bash shell for the entrypoint

While waiting for this PR to be merged, you can build it yourself locally:
