Refresh after yank (copy) file #395

When creating a file using shortcut, the picker will be refreshed and include the created file. But when yank(copy) a file, the list is not refreshed.

On copy file (new file test3.json):

On copied (no new file test3.json):
image

Reenter the folder (test3.json is there):

I'm not actually experiencing this.

Can you confirm that you're on the latest version?

Having the same problem with the latest version.
It was fine before but after I migrated to LazyVim I encountered this issue.
No refresh after the copy.
