Collapsed & Expand issue on Side Nav #113

There is an issue with the side nav.

Collapse and then expand the side bar.
Navigate to Starter template using the profile -> templates -> starter link
Use the back button on the browser.

The side nav will now have a horizontal scroll bar because the chips are causing it to overflow.
