Axios Proxy and 501 Error for POST requests. #521

Hello,

Lately we started to get this weird 501 Error for POST requests. Nothing was changed in the code-base which could have created this issue.

Upon trying to read more, found a Related issue here:
axios/axios#3459

Any suggestion on how we solve this?

This seems like an upstream issue with axios rather than this module.
