Update documentation now upstream QEMU implements the VFIO-user client.

As of QEMU 10.1 the client side of VFIO-user is supported in upstream QEMU. This makes this library much more consumable. Update the documentation for this library accordingly.

Unfortunately there is a late bug in the release that means it's not directly usable in most cases.

As of QEMU 10.1.1, the qemu.md gpio-pci-idio-16 example does not work.
qemu-system-x86_64: -device vfio-user-pci,socket=/tmp/vfio-user.sock: Invalid parameter type for 'socket', expected: object
