Color picker display glitch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double-click on color hex
2. Select eyedrop icon
3. Move color picker around the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to move the color picker around without the glitch seen in the 
attached screenshot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS: Windows 7 Pro 32-bit
Plugin: 1.2
