Enforce implicit validation of deserialized Ferveo objects

We should perform a more eager and implicit validation of Ferveo objects, such as transcripts and aggregate transcripts, without relying on the client explicitly verifying after deserialization.

Note that this is not always possible, since validation will sometimes require external information, so we should think on how to handle this in the API.
