Remember User Preferences for Migration Prompts in Non-Nx Projects

Hey there 👋,

I love the addon but I've noticed a small inconvenience. Whenever I open a project that isn't orchestrated by Nx, I'm asked whether I want to migrate or not[1]. This prompt appears every single time I open a non-Nx project, even if I've previously declined the migration.

Proposed Solution

It would be great if the addon could remember my choices and not prompt me again for the same project. This way, I wouldn't need to disable the addon and only enable it per workspace, which is currently my workaround.
