ncs: nrf_wifi: Update RPU patch to rev#976e17b7645

 UMAC:
   [SHEL-3918] : Need support to suppress 11b rates in P2P probe
                 requests.
   Firmware Version update from 1.2.14.4 to 1.2.14.5

 LMAC:
   [NRF7X-375] : Firmware bug causing broadcast BSSID fields in
                 beacons causing frames to be dropped in Wi-Fi
                 Monitor mode.
   Fix for race condition while sending keep alive frame.
