Support for scopes

It would be useful if logging scopes were supported, is this something planned?

It is a good idea to support scopes in FileLoggerProvider, as a reference implementation ConsoleLoggerProvider can be used.

No ETA for this enhancement; if you can propose a PR we can discuss the details. For instance, recently a low-allocation log entry formatter was added (#74), and scope details formatting should take this into account.
