County Map — set interaction primitives in sheet #23
Description
If there's more interaction added in the future to the county map template or a more generalized interactive map template, it could be cool to add a section in the spreadsheet where you can set what interactions are available. ie:

zoom: true:
pan: true:
filter: false
for filter, could use value-by-alpha to fade out everything not in the filtered subset, like here:
