Settle on conventions for fabric functions that work remote/local #9
Description
The differences between remote-data/local-data, remote-server/local-server, staging/production are becoming extremely confusing. Some ideas:
remote_deployv.local_deploy- Separate fabric modules for local and remote
- More explicit convention for faking deployment targets
