Is it the correct way to Post Event?

Hi everyone, :D
I'm currently trying to create a new Event in NOX-verity, because I want
more performance and it's clean compared with old one.
Right now, my Event don't do nothing, but I just want do his simple tasks
which are create, register event and post, but when I tried to post Event,
I got really strange error.
