file for grouping genes into categories

I am wondering if you could point me to the file used to group the genes into the functional categories (Ammonification, Ammonium oxidation etc.)

Hi Camilla,

The file you need is called fama_nitrogen-cycle_v.10.0_functions_thresholds.tsv
This file is not in the repository, it is installed into the refdata directory by the install_reference_data.sh script.
