No search panel with just one vault and produces error

In just ONE of my vaults, the panel above the search doesn't appear. I get an error in console:

STRANGE things: It is just in this vault, no other. I have tried reinstalling several times and different ways. I have no other plugins installed other than BRAT. As far as I can tell, this is a vanilla vault.

The problem is that is made (by eliminating files/etc.) from a much larger vault and I don't quite know how to create that vault without having the same problem appear. It is odd thought that it is JUST This vault. Other vaults, same versions, etc. are working fine.

	Custom theme and snippets: for cosmetic issues, please first try updating your theme and disabling your snippets. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community theme and snippets.
	Community plugins: for bugs, please first try updating all your plugins to latest. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community plugins.
