This is our list of planned features that we intend to implement in the future.
Feel free to share your suggestions in the discussion forum!

Gunshot residues on players when firing a weapon
Magazines should only give information about the weapon type used
Bullet casings:
- shell can be traced back to the weapon if its microstamp is not removed (this is only the case for legal weapons as irl people can just remove the microstamp, specifically gang members etc)
- compare a shell and a weapon to see if they match (because micro imperfections inside the barrel)
Bullets/bullet impacts and line of sight (Line Of Sight #17)
Maybe an app for matching weapons and bullet casings, analysing gunshot residues and registering weapons (serial) to a player
Weapon serial number scraping

Add textfield for gender to database entries
Let police extract information about hair color, eye color and sex from DNA in blood traces
Automatic deletion of database entries after a specified amount of time (configurable)
Make all textfields of the database entry mandatory (configurable) (Database Search Bug #4 (comment))
Display the officer who created or edited a database entry (i.e. logs)

Synced scene with fingerprint scanning animation
Display a scanning-result inside the fingerprint scanner dui (Better fingerprint scanner mechanics #9)

Saliva as DNA on bottles
Put DNA evidence on all players
Leave fingerprints on doors of buildings
Leave evidences on all non-stackable items when used (in addition to the weapons we currently have)
Drug traces in cars and on players
If there is an evidence on a player (i.e. drug traces) let them remove it from themselves by showering or taking a bath
Automatic cleanup of evidences (i.e. automatically delete evidence after a specified amount of time has elapsed)
