Give feedback button is not responsive, behave heavily

UX issue:
opening a folder on touch device require unnatural routine (click on folder then click on open) as opposed to touching a folder twice which is more intuitive)

we talked, its a poor UX issue

perhaps adding a little triable to the tooltip, since now it looks like a button
