Create documentation about Cypress Cloud integration with a particular github repository

This documentation should explain in details what exactly needs to be done, so cypress tests would be run automatically for each pull request and each commit on main/master branch.

Documentation should be provided in form of markdown files in docs/cypress/ directory, which also should be linked from main readme.md file in main directory of the repository.
