How to run the code??

Can you please suggest how to run the code??We are doing the project on implementing MST in parallel.

You can import it to an IDE, such as VS or ..., in which you indicate the main host file as the main.cpp with a header file that is main.h and the kernel code's (the GPU codes) are all residing in the PMST.cu.

I tried using visual studio.It gives lot of error.I installed boost.I am finding difficult in installing cudpp on visual studio as well as cutil.h is depreciated in cuda.If you have any suggestion please let me know.Is there any otherway of running your code??.
