Unable to install transformers4.28.0.dev0

I've tried a lot of methods but can't install the 4.28.0.dev0 version of transformers, can you provide an installation method, thank you very much

I believe the transformers version does not need to be exactly 4.28.0.dev0. A version of 4.29 and later may be ok.
You can refer to https://github.com/OFA-Sys/OFA for the official repository of OFA and check the transformers version.
