Smaller, faster, saner than nvd. I'll be switching from nvd once:
- 25.05 releases (needs Cargo 2024 edition)
- treewide: consolidate logic in platform-specific commands #281 is merged
Diffing is 50% faster with Dix on average. It's also a Rust crate that we can just pull as a dependency instead of relying on a wrapper.
