Update Security Section UI

Description

We need to update the UI for the Security Section based on the new design available in Figma. The changes should be implemented in the corresponding file:
app/[locale]/institute/sections/security/page.tsx.

Task Details

1. Understand the Design

   • Access the Figma file containing the updated design for the Security section.
   • Review all design elements, including layout, typography, colors, and any interactive elements.

2. Implement the New UI

   • Update the file located at institute/sections/security.page.tsx to reflect the Figma design.
   • Ensure that all visual and functional aspects of the section match the design, including responsiveness.

3. Responsive Design

   • Test the updated section on various screen sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile) to ensure the new design is fully responsive.

autocrlf = false
eol = lf   # this isnt compulsory but most repos use lf by default, you can just manually change the files through your editor or use prettier
