DOC: Make fMRI icon in NiPreps logo look closer to actual fMRI plots

Make fMRI icon in NiPreps logo look closer to actual fMRI plots: remove the stars and color the brain cortex with common fMRI activity plot colors (white, yellow, red). Make the icon slightly bigger.
