Use fixed color map instead of random colors for all charts (particularly pie and bubble charts)

As remarked here and as shown in the TODO from the source, let's not use random colors for the pie, bubble or any other chart.

We can probably start with the Plotly palette, which we can take from this thread on community.plotly.com, then expand to the full CSS colors we already have if we need more.
