Asterisk on desscriptor converted to <em> HTML tag

Hi,
I was checking the test vectors for BIP-0386 and this one was failing:

For some reason, the asterisks in the descriptor were converted to HTML <em> tags.

I didn't check other places, only this one, but there are probably other places affected.
